Superior Durability

  • If the fairing doesn't stay on the trailer, it's not saving money.
  • If the fairing warps, or becomes bent, it's not performing to its designed specifications and not saving the money promised by its vendor.
  • Durability is the result of design and material selection:
    • Aerofficient's™ panels are injection molded automotive grade thermoplastic polyolefin; a material known for its high impact and UV resistance and minimal expansion/contraction in heat/cold.
    • Competitors' fairings are fabricated from common plastic sheet material (which warps in the heat and becomes brittle in the cold), or glass-filled materials which expand/contract in heat cold resulting in micro-cracking, and which also suffer micro-cracking when flexed (micro-cracking permits water infiltration, which may result in weight gain and structural degradation)
    • Aerofficient's™ panels flex 180° - 90° inward and 90° outward. The result: Aerofficient's fairings can survive driver errors which destroy competitors' fairings, and easily negotiate extreme drop-down docks that break other fairings. (see videos)
    • Aerofficient's™ brackets and support structures are high grade aluminum, stainless steel, and rust protected high-strength steel (galvanized and coated – exceeds standard automotive undercarriage anti-rust specifications)
